There are not enough stars to express how happy the entire staff at John Yancy Inn has made Teresa and I. Two years ago I met the woman of my dreams and ever since our first date we haven’t left each other’s side. She is my perfect and I knew that everything had to be just right when I asked her to marry me. When I contacted the Inn I spoke to the manager Michelle to let her know of my plans. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for my special night. Michelle was already off the day that I arrived but William the night shift manager was ready to take over. I went over some last minute details and at the end William helped me improve on them. William and I were in constant contact all night making sure that no detail was over looked and that the timeline went off without a hitch. When we went out for the night William and his entire staff help set up my room for ultimate surprise proposal. Walking into the room it was better then I imagined... Absolutely perfect. She said yes and now John Yancy Inn has a customer for life.

Everything turned out excellent. Highly recommend booking through them directly. We were confused by their website as we thought we were receiving the newly updated room, but had booked an ocean front room. The GM took very good care of us. Everything was quiet and enjoyable. Hope to be back soon!
